Shipping policy

Orders can be picked up Monday-Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS. USPS delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available in Nashville, TN & surrounding areas. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 2 pm during store hours (Monday - Thursday) can be delivered the same day for an additional fee. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email stating "out for delivery" and another one when your item is delivered.
